Hours:

Mon - Thurs by appointment only in both the Fort Worth and Aledo locations. Closed on Fridays and when local schools are closed for bad weather days.

 

 

Fees:

 

Effective August 1, 2023, initial sessions, marital/premarital and EMDR sessions [all are 90 minutes] are $ 220.00.

 

Typical individual sessions are 50 minutes and the fee is $ 140.00.

 

Payment is due at the beginning of each session. Cash/Check/Credit cards, flex/HSA cards and Zelle are accepted. 

 

 If you use a flex/HSA card, a personal credit card will also be kept on file. No credit card information will be stored electronically [other than through the credit card processing company, Square]. Zelle is not a secure payment system.

 

 

I do not bill insurance, but can provide you with a monthly statement. Please check with your insurance company about your specific plan's reimbursement policy.

 

 

Please provide 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. This allows me time to schedule someone who may be waiting for an appointment. Late cancellations or no showed appointments will be billed to you at the full session rate and will be charged to the personal credit card on file.
